Your assigned pickup time will be emailed to you by 6:30 pm the night before your scheduled tour. If you don’t have access to your email, please call our office between 5 pm and 7 pm the night before your tour. Pickups are scheduled between 7 am and 8 am.
To begin the morning, we provide you with a delicious breakfast snack to enjoy on the way. On the way to Grand Canyon West, we will first stop at The Hoover Dam for a fantastic photo opportunity. Included in the price is entry to Grand Canyon West. We do not charge any additional taxes or fees like other companies do.
Please be aware that the price for admission to the Skywalk is NOT included in our tour. Skywalk entry is optional and is available to purchase for $33 upon checkout when booking your tour.
At Grand Canyon West, you will first arrive at the Welcome Center where your guide will give your your ticket wristbands. Make sure to stay with your group until you have your tickets!
For those who choose to do one of the amazing Grand Canyon Helicopter Ride Experiences, you will do that first upon arriving at the Welcome Center. Your Driver Guide will help to arrange your check-in. Flyers will have approximately 1 hour less “ground time” at the rest of the points.
You will then ride the shuttle to the first lookout, Eagle Point. The incredible view of the eagle shaped rock formation is something that can only be truly appreciated in person. At Eagle Point there is a Native American Indian Village which demonstrates some living dwellings used by Native American tribes in times of old. The Skywalk and Skywalk gift shop are also located at Eagle Point.
The next stop is Guano Point, which you have probably seen in movies without even realizing it. The views at this point are completely different than Eagle Point, but maybe even more impressive. If capable to walk it, the dirt trail along the edge at Guano Point provides for spectacular views from different angles.
After visiting Guano Point you will return to the Welcome Center and head back to Las Vegas.
During some stretches our driver guide will play videos for you to enjoy while passing the time. Our buses are all top of the line with like wood floors, seatbelts, comfortable airline style seats, and panoramic windows.
The average hotel drop-off time is about 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Our Grand Canyon West bus tour will leave you with incredible memories of one of the most unique places on planet earth!
WHY CHOOSE US?
We DO NOT use a check-in terminal like other companies (check-in terminals waste valuable time). Instead, we pick up straight from select hotels on the strip or downtown. Why does this matter to you? Simple, we have later pick up times and earlier drop off times… so you get to sleep in a little later and get back to your hotel a little earlier!
Our bus drivers are trained tour guides and will provide you with interesting facts, stories, and information during your journey. We don’t just have bus drivers, we have professional Driver Guides!
We are organized and efficient! From the moment you book until you are dropped off after your tour ends, we excel in having an organized operation. We will stay in contact with you with all important information regarding your tour.
We make it easy for you! We provide you with delicious breakfast snacks, free bottled waters, and a delicious deli sandwich lunch meal!
Our buses are all less than 5 years old and all have factory installed seatbelts. Our drivers follow all driving laws including never driving more hours than allowed by law. In addition our buses are maintained on our regular preventative maintenance schedule by our highly trained and certified diesel mechanics. Although just like your own vehicle, it is possible for any bus to break down for something unexpected……but with our company, it’s extremely rare because of how well we take care of our buses! We don’t skimp on maintenance!
